Crown Colony was my first apartment while I attended school. The staff were very helpful and the maintenance guys were very quick. I have lived at Crown Colony for the last three years while going to law school. The staff is amazing and friendly, and so are the maintenance guys. The property is very well kept. Whenever I had maintenance issues, the staff was very prompt to respond and to fix the problem. I was really sad to not renew my lease since I am moving out of town, but I highly recommend living here!

I lived at Crown Colony in Topeka upon moving back to Kansas from Colorado. I rented my apartment online, sight-unseen and I had NO regrets at all. I’m glad I chose Crown Colony. The apartment community is safe and the management is very responsive to any concerns or issues. In the one year that I was a resident I only had one small maintenance issue. I was shocked that I submitted a maintenance request in the morning and the issue was fixed that very same day. The office staff is ...

I didn't end up moving to Crown Colony because none of the single bedroom apartments were available when I moved to the area, but I wanted to share about my experience with the folks in the leasing office. Cynthia and the other staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly, and they went the extra mile for me.
