      This renting experience has been the worst experience of my whole life... as one previous reviewer mentioned there is a TON of theft in this complex, not only did someone rob me at gunpoint not even two weeks later someone broke into my car and stole my wallet. The office manager is absolutely the rudest,insensitive and disrespectful person I’ve met in my life, after I was robbed I went to the office to report it, Brenda insinuated that it was my fault and was very rude to me despite the fact ...
      that I was extremely traumatized. Also worth mentioning is that after my rent check was turned in they sent me a notice to vacate stating that my rent had not been paid and tried to charge a late fee. The gated community thing is a crock of crap considering that the gate never is working. Another issue is “security” if you can even call them that, they come through with their lights flashing in the middle of the night which for myself is annoying as I am a light sleeper. They don’t do anything besides drive around and god forbid you inconvenience them by asking them to do anything for you. There is ALWAYS an ambulance or police here and they park right outside of our building and don’t bother to turn their lights off when they pull into the complex. The people who used to live above me when asked nicely if they could please keep their volume down and not move furniture at night the man spat in my face when I told the office they acted like that wasn’t a big deal. I now have upstairs neighbors who play their music so loud late at night I can identify the songs they’re listening to, they smoke weed all the time and it seeps into my bathroom. It seems as though they don’t give a darn about the back part of the buildings because for one out trash dumpster sits in the middle of the street. As for the apartment itself, the floors are stick on linoleum and are always grimy and dull no matter how furiously you clean them, there are no lights in the bedrooms and lighting in the living area is scarce. The cabinets and fixtures are okay but there is paint all over my countertops in the kitchen. People park out in the parking lot and blare music at all hours. If you value your safety spend a little more money on a nicer apartment complex that cares about its residents. This place is trashy, grimy and crawling with rude staff ready to roll their eyes at every request or concern you come to them with. Don’t move here.

      Staying in these apartments was a bad experience . After staying in these apartments for a month I noticed bite marks on my body . Come to find out the apartment was filled with Bed Bugs . Two residences that just moved in had this issue . If you don’t want to buy new furniture, ,clothes and new bed set then I wouldn’t move into these apartments .

      I loved living at crown pointe the first two years. Here is a fact they don't tell you. The back half of the apartments are robbed all the time. The police told me that when my apartment was broken in to. It took maintenance two and a half hours to show up and fix the door after I found my home destroyed. When the head maintenance guy finally showed up he was so rude. Now for the floor tile is coming up. The walls are paper thin you can here everything from the building above, below, and next to ...

    • Don't Waste Your Time

      Everything was fine at the time I was handing over my move in fees and signing my lease. Once that was out of the way they were on to the next. The parking lot is really dark at night. Their dumpster areas have wild animals that hoard around them at night. Their gate never works and they give everyone the same code, how is that secure? The apartments aren't that nice and are a little too expensive. I had bugs at one point and they didn't seem concerned on getting the issue taken care of. Nobody ...
      picks up after their dogs. Don't even think about getting your deposit back, the assistant manager is afraid of confrontation so she'll send you a bill later after saying everything looks great upon move out. Don't waste your money on poor staffing and poor quality apartment homes.

    • Stay away, management is rude

      The only thing good here is the maintenance guy, really nice man who gets things fixed. Moved into this place with a 13 month lease, we put in our notice early and paid our 3 months rent to break lease. I called around August 25th to shut off electric, at that time I was told by the OGE agent that the apartment had already taken control of our electric bill and we were good to go. Today on September 15th, Kim (assistant manager) called saying we needed to return the service to our name and pay ...
      the bill. I tried explaining to her that the apartments are the ones who took control of our unit, she got extremely rude and disrespectful stating that it was impossible and that could not have happened and we needed to pay the bill, she continuously cut me off and kept trying to blame it on us. I called OGE to confirm and they have it on their records that CROWN POINTE kicked us off the units electricity bill on AUGUST 3rd! It is not the customers fault that their people screwed up YET AGAIN and don't want to take responsibility. Simple solution, take the $2100 from breaking lease and pay the bill yourselves and own up to your mistakes and for being extremely rude to a customer.

      We love our one bedroom apartment the most spacious one we found in the area with 800 sq ft and vaulted ceilings! Neighbors are great and it's always quiet! The all white kitchen is a little dated but not too bad! Our main complaint is the amount of amenities there are tons of apartment buildings and one small pool and one tiny gym, but the apartment itself is great! Lived here for a year and can't find a better deal!
