I was very nervous about trying to find my first apartment, as it’s a big step for my young age. However the ladies that work in the front office made me feel comfortable and supported me throughout my leasing process. They were very active and always responded to all of my questions very quickly. When I moved in to the unit it was very clean and exceeded my expectations. First off these apartments are trash. Inside and outside. They are so incredibly outdated it's not funny. Me and my boyfriend don't have any pets at all, but all the sudden in the 3 years we've lived here we have fleas! A frickin flea was in the back of my 7 month old's hair. Disgusting. They bombed our apartment, but not people's apartment that have pets. Very, very unprofessional. I always tell people I know not to come here. My 5 year old said this place is a dump, and he's not wrong.

I have lived here for over 30 years and Diane is the best manager she gets things done when you have a problem she's on it ASAP I have had an issue with my apartment before Diane was manager the problem got worse Diane took care of the problem I don't have any issues with my apartment Diane is a great manager and I'm proud to be a resident of Crown station the maintenance and management is awesome and Diane is awesome I'm proud to call Crown station my home

I have lived at Crown Station for several years, I have seen several managers come and go Diane by far is the most caring and down to earth! She makes sure the property looks the best it has ever looked! The maintenance team is always super friendly and on top of any issues. I do not plan on moving anytime so, I am very happy!!

My family has lived here for 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the property, management and maintenance staff. Whenever there is an issue Diane and the maintenance staff are on it right away. It is a quiet complex with amenities like a pool, park and plenty of space to play. I have two young children and feel they are safe and in a great area. We have no issues and would recommend this complex to anyone!

Pros: Across the street from a mega kroger Cons: Staff is consistently rude when dealing with any issue. Place is extremely unkempt, we were promised newer appliances and carpet when we moved in. Carpet was from the old residents and after 3 months of living here carpenters showed up asking to put down new carpet... Shower is moldy and leaky, baseboard heating makes your electric bill 75$ more but puts off as much heat as a lukewarm microwaved burrito. Circuits in the walls are very outdated ...
and trip constantly, I can only assume there's a slow blow making our breakers trip almost weekly. Came home to fridge without power more then once (Most of the food was salvageable). If you need anything from the office staff you might as well consult with a brick wall. The maintenance team is great, always do a great job when their told about issues. Upon "insect spray/ inspection" there was leaves and mud tracked all over out carpet. For what you end up paying for these apartments your much better off somewhere else. To top it all off drug addicts frequently walk through the lawns making it unsafe to walk animals at night. Pulling in/out of this place is also a huge pain as your dumped off a 1/2 foot edge into Olive Branch road which feels impossible to pull into at times, or will get you rear-ended while pulling in so you don't bottom your car out on the 1/2 foot curb.

In my year of living here, I have not experienced 1 single problem. If I have a question, Stacey answers right away. She is very down to earth and understanding as well. Landscaping/ mowing is done every week, looks very manicured at all times. I also have not seen any bugs while living here, which is a big relief living in a community building. I highly recommend Crown Station. Close to everything you may need.

I have lived at Crown Station for almost 3 years now and I love it! I've never experienced any issues. Stacey, the manager, is friendly and always very helpful if I ever have any questions. She also does a lot of events for the residents such as Easter egg hunts and pool parties which I think is nice. Maintenance is also awesome. They're quick to respond and they fix any problems right.
