We are a private owned property that keep a local, personalized atmosphere. Our location is walking distance to restaurants, gym and shopping center. Property is close to the 405, 101 and the 118 freeways. Minutes away from Lake Balboa/Anthony C. Beilenson Park where you can enjoy swan boat rentals, fishing, a picnic area, walking path around the lake, bike trail, golf course and basketball court and beautiful sunsets. Two miles from Cal State University North Ridge and Pierce Community College. No gimmicks here. We do not offer rent specials where a lower rent is offered and then it goes up a few hundred dollars a few months later. We offer fair market rent for a great rent controlled apartment in a beautiful community, where we hope you will call home for a long time. Flexible move-in terms available.
