Beilenson Park where you can enjoy swan boat rentals, fishing, a picnic area, walking path around the lake, bike trail, golf course and basketball court and beautiful sunsets. Two miles from Cal State University North Ridge and Pierce Community College. No gimmicks here. We do not offer rent specials where a lower rent is offered and then it goes up a few hundred dollars a few months later.
