I'm very well please with the choice that I made, to make Crystal Falls my home. It's very quiet, homey, and clean. The Staff, Ms. Audria & Ms. Elly, are amazing. The office personnel, Audria and Ellie, are like good friends and handle all situations in a quick and courteous manner. I have lived here three years, unfortunately it’s time to let go! I had an amazing experience from management to maintenance. I am enjoying my last days here, the place is amazing. It has been such a great first experience, I have never felt safer. Ms. Audrey and Ms.Ellie have done such a great job in making this place feel like home, along with Mr. Joe & William they have kept the place nice and clean. Everyone has made my stay feel like home, I highly recommend them and will miss them dearly.

I've been here two months and I've loved every moment I've been here. I'm on first name basis with the ladies in the office. My great-grandmother lived in very nice retirement resort and that's what I feel like I live in. It's quiet and peaceful, whether I'm walking my dog down the paths around the big and small pond or sitting on my patio. You always hear birds and quiet burbling water. I know this is gushing but that's how I feel. The perks here, besides the the park-like center public ...
