GREAT APARTMENT HOMES
March 1, 2019I'm very well please with the choice that I made, to make Crystal Falls my home. It's very quiet, homey, and clean. The Staff, Ms. Audria & Ms. Elly, are amazing. They make everyone feel at home, and also very caring towards all of the tenants. I couldn't ask for a better staff to live with. Hats off to Elly, Audria, William & Joe... Great Team!! A Place Called Home
February 27, 2019I have made Crystal Falls my home for over 31 years, The complex is well maintained, quiet and I feel safe anytime of the day or night. The office personnel, Audria and Ellie, are like good friends and handle all situations in a quick and courteous manner. The maintenance people, William and Joseph are very professional and respond in a timely manner to all apartment issues. I have never had a situation that they couldn't resolve in a single day. Amazing & Safe Community!
February 21, 2019I have lived here three years, unfortunately it’s time to let go! I had an amazing experience from management to maintenance. I am enjoying my last days here, the place is amazing. It has been such a great first experience, I have never felt safer. Ms. Audrey and Ms.Ellie have done such a great job in making this place feel like home, along with Mr. Joe & William they have kept the place nice and clean. Best place I've ever lived
March 29, 2018I've been here two months and I've loved every moment I've been here. I'm on first name basis with the ladies in the office. My great-grandmother lived in very nice retirement resort and that's what I feel like I live in. It's quiet and peaceful, whether I'm walking my dog down the paths around the big and small pond or sitting on my patio. You always hear birds and quiet burbling water. I know this is gushing but that's how I feel. The perks here, besides the the park-like center public ...area, are great as well. They pick up your trash 3 times a week, when I said my a/c wasn't as cold as I like it, they immediately ordered a new coil, i'm five minutes from Sugarland or Westchase, we didn't even come remotely close to flooding during Harvey, I'm 25-35 minutes to midtown/Montrose and I've never seen more than five people at the pool.
