So many people have commented that they've never seen anyplace like this in Florida. Rooms are good size, though the kitchen is smaller. Maintenance responds promptly to any requests and the grounds guys are the best! The property manager is warm, welcoming and helpful. You can get a remote control for the gate! Beautifully landscaped, with a lot of open area to the back. Absolutely love it!!

Bricks, peace, homey. It's not your ordinary Florida neighborhood, the outside exterior reminds me of my one enchanting vacation in Washington D.C when the leaves would fall and the bricked neighborhood seemed homey.
I rent a townhouse, with just enough room & space. Bedrooms are a solid size, the bathrooms are solid as well. The kitchen may be compact but the livingroom makes up for it.
Areas of improvement - areas for storage, instead of a card to open the gate, a remote control would be ...
divine. And most importantly, for the office team to have a warmer heart and a open mind.
