They advertise “24/7 emergency maintenance” for things like water leaks and a/c issues. Yeah that’s BS. And the concierge team is either unable or unwilling to lift a finger to help. (They’re also generally very rude and unhelpful.)
So if you’re someone prone to bad luck: look elsewhere. The 24/7 emergency maintenance is a myth. They could not respond to our a/c unit leaking large amounts of water (so we cut the a/c off) until the next day in the middle of summer despite confirming they were on ...
