Worse place in town !
November 24, 2024Do not waist your time too Expensive for a one bedroom and Goodluck trying to get a parking spot near your apartment after hours and lots of noise people partying all night . Bad Management!! Apartments is outdated and you would have the worse place to live in Louisville. Windows are poorly sealed you'll feel cold air leaking through and the main door you can see daylight all around it and cold air coming through as well. The heat and the air conditioning sucks you'll burn up all summer long and ...the unit will run nonstop so that will cause the electric bill to be higher then normal. They say you'll get a free months rent with a years lease and never got that but lord forbid if your late on your rent !! Save your money you'll find a much better place then Cumberland. Oh and the Maintenance has Attitude when you try to get something fixed !!! The apartments needs to get a Bulldozer and plow the whole place down and build something better !!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 20, 2022I'm confused on how this place even has renters living here at all when they can't even answer the phone or the door. They act like they are NEVER there. Never call back. Horrible place!
January 21, 2022I submitted two application fees and when I turned them in to the lady she said she would email me if she needed anything else. After a a week I contacted her and she told me she couldn’t submit my application because I was missing my bill receipt so I went to give it to her the following day. After two weeks I contacted her and she told me she couldn’t turn in the application because it was too late and I would have to pay the fee again of $60. So not worth it! Never answer the phone
December 27, 2021They literally never answer the phone. Every time you call it’s like a fax machine or voicemail. I have left multiple voicemails, no call back or an attempt to answer the phone. Very poor management in my opinion.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE
October 21, 2019DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! My apartment had bed bugs the landlord was very rude and doesn’t care about any of the tenants. Maintenance is trash. Save yourself some moneyProperty Manager Responded

If someone was not treated for their pests, it was due to their lack of cooperation to prepare for treatment. All work orders are addressed in a timely manner to the best of the technicians ability.

Mold infested also sewage leaks & bad management
October 7, 2019I moved in & the first day in the apartment I discovered mold in my AC unit as well as a sewage leak right above the AC unit. I was cleaning off my bathroom window & it fell out, it took several days for them to replace that whole bugs flew in my apartment. With the window being out my apartment was 83 degrees on the inside (mind u it was about 90 degrees outside on this day). I stayed in the unit one day before I went to management & made complaints. They fixed nothin but the window. Still mold ...and a sewage leak. Really smelly in my apartment. There is a lady by the name of Ms. Suzy who is in charge of management. Hard to deal with, never answers the phone & also gave me a false number when I referred to speak with her supervisor. DO NOT MOVE HERE !! I now have to take legal action to get out of my lease! A.C. Update
September 18, 2018It took them 2 MONTHS! But our air is finally fixed. We called maintenance a lot the first month and they even came out once, but then left and never came back to fix it. Two weeks later, after more calls, they fixed it today. (There's only one air guy and a lot of messed up air units apparently)Property Manager Responded
