I live here and it is a quiet place to live. Management enforces the HUD approved rules and has changed CGA from a drug/gang playground with no rules to a place where children are safe to play outside.
Wouldn't move here even if I was on my death bed!

Unprofessional manager and staff! It felt like your in prison here because she has her spies and she also "watches" people come in and out! If your family oriented this place is not for you. You will get evicted if she sees you have company more than 14 times! Read the lease before signing if you don't have any other choice. That's how she gets you. She'll tell you to sign before you read it!
