The entire leasing office staff is amazing, they truly care. Issues are promptly resolved with updates. The amenities are nice and located in multiple buildings and have extras like a Sky Lounge with an outdoor fire pit and TV. The area is safe with lots of security and you need a code or fob to enter the buildings. The location is great & right against the Orchard Mall/Town Center. balcony views are great! Having things like built in water and ice in your fridge, a Nest, wifi washer and dryers, separate showers and bathtubs (some units), larger kitchens with a bar and an island, wooden shelves in your closets and extra ceilings fans make a huge difference. Some units even have yards or porches that have doors that lead out to the street. There’s also 3 community events every month that are well planned and thought out. It’s a great place to live!
