Great Staff, Location & Apartments!
June 27, 2024The entire leasing office staff is amazing, they truly care. Issues are promptly resolved with updates. The amenities are nice and located in multiple buildings and have extras like a Sky Lounge with an outdoor fire pit and TV. The area is safe with lots of security and you need a code or fob to enter the buildings. The location is great & right against the Orchard Mall/Town Center. There’s a farmers market there all summer. The apartments have a lot of extras most places skimp on. The mountain ...balcony views are great! Having things like built in water and ice in your fridge, a Nest, wifi washer and dryers, separate showers and bathtubs (some units), larger kitchens with a bar and an island, wooden shelves in your closets and extra ceilings fans make a huge difference. Some units even have yards or porches that have doors that lead out to the street. There’s also 3 community events every month that are well planned and thought out. June 15, 2024Great apartment with nice amenities. Pros: amazing staff. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew will always come same day if you need anything fixed. Also a great area to live in everything is walkable with great shops and restaurants nearby. Cons: thin ceiling. I wouldn't live anywhere else but the fourth floor or you'll hear people walking around unless you get lucky with nice neighbors and garbage truck comes at 8a.m every morning, wakes you up every time.Property Manager Responded

Apartment of the year
March 22, 2024I have been living at the curate for 6 months now and it’s been nothing short of amazing. With any issue it’s expressed to all tenants whether it be big or small. Friendly staff, always helpful, and a very active community. They have events each month to share with their tenants to get to know each other, or just to get some tacos at a taco truck. Amazing Place

Maintenance Guys Rock!!!
January 31, 2023I can’t say enough about the top, notch maintenance staff at the Curate! They are exceptional!!! Unfortunately, it’s the only thing this place has going for it? The building was poorly, built and you can hear every move your surrounding neighbor makes. The safety is a huge concern, as there are sketchy, people that live in this complex. There is not enough parking and many times, I’ve had to park at the AMC parking lot. The management could care less about any of these concerns. I would not ...recommend this “ luxury apartment complex to anyone.”Property Manager Responded
