The Curtain Lofts is a great place to live. We have a Resident Service Coordinator who works hard arranging new activities for us. The maintanence, both inside and out, work to keep the building and grounds in beautiful condition. Our senior office manager does everything she can to keep all residents happy.

Positives are clean, quiet unless windows are open, tenants are friendly, river walk, patio and gazebo, nice gym, plenty of storage, trash dispenser and shared laundry on each floor, easy access to stores, etc. Negatives are noise from traffic, windows are difficult to open, location could be better, high rent increases, no individual laundry hook-up, no long term lease options.

It is a worry free lifestyle. From the beginning when you file an application to moving in and getting settled. I felt as though management and maintenance staff address every detail and are available for you. I feel well taken care of. The building and grounds are beautiful, quiet and clean.
