Noise
November 18, 2024Overall an okay building. There are clear issues with minor construction issues, loose outlets not screwed into the wall all the way, pantry door seems to come of track quite easily, cheap carpet, and a few more issues. The far biggest issue is the sound proofing between units. College dorm rooms have better sound proofing. You can hear every single word of your neighbors, their conversations and voice can be clearly heard. No private conversations can be had! You can hardly use your own living ...room space because of the battling sound from neighbor’s own tv and sound. Do I think the neighbors are being over noisy? No, not really. The fault is the poor construction between apartments. You get woken up in the night, and woken up in the morning. Cannot recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
