Terrible Experience
March 12, 2026Do not move in here unless you like weed smoke filling you apartment, trash piled to the sky around the dumpsters, dog poop every where you walk and a staff that only cares about getting you in the door. Once they have you locked in the policys will change and nothing will get taken care of. They only want to squeeze every dollar out of you. Meanwhile there are drug dealers and break ins all the time. Our team actively works to maintain high community standards and encourages residents to report any concerns directly to the office so they can be properly documented, investigated, and addressed. Regarding community environment and cleanliness, we have active procedures in place for maintenance, vendor support, and ongoing property upkeep, and we address reported issues as they are brought to our attention. Additionally, we have a courtesy officer onsite that residents can connect with directly. In a multifamily living environment, occasional noise from neighboring homes is expected due to shared walls and close proximity. We also continue to invest in the resident experience through ongoing property enhancements, including upgrades to common areas such as grilling area, pool furnishings, and updates ...to the exterior of buildings. Additionally, we offer renewal incentives such as carpet cleaning services and select apartment upgrades, along with monthly resident events to foster community engagement. Additionally, as a standard practice, resident feedback surveys are automatically sent out by a 3rd party system at move-in and throughout the lease term following service requests, renewal interactions, and sometimes even resident events to ensure ongoing communication and transparency regarding the resident experience. Residents are also invited to leave public reviews through the same 3rd party system, as we value accurate online feedback that reflects our performance and helps guide continued improvement across our communities.
