Different sets of rules for different tenants .No structure and rent fluctuations only for certain people.Too many inconsistencies .Refurbished appliances, mold, etc. Poor follow through.Unprofessional staff.

Por esta parte estoy muy pero muy incómoda , tengo cucarachas hasta el las paredes caminando . Estoy en el primer piso , se k es normal y si los de los lados son personas que no quieren eliminarlas es imposible para mi !, por mucho producto que eche aquí. Y estoy haciendo este comentario ya que es la 3ra vez en el tiempo k llevo aquí , ya va a ser el año el mes k viene , que me han fumigado, ya que dejan este papelito de fumigación , tampoco sé si lo hacen de verdad porque cada vez es peor.

Esta comunidad es una de las que puede encontrar con mejor precio dentro del area, es bien tranquila, buena instalacion y seguridad 24/7, ademas el personal de oficina tiene siempre respuestas para tus inquietudes, se incluye agua, cable e internet basico,con laundrys, piscina, y market, son bien estrictos con la disciplina y el orden, lo que hace que la propiedad te ofrezca seguridad y tranquilidad

The buildings are falling apart. My apt in the north building along with 3 others was over flooded with sewage water and waste and the office did nothing until the next day when we all went in to the office to complain. How someone can manage a building and not get a situation resolved over night or at least come and show face to the tenants is beyond me. We were told by other tenants in the area that it happened in another building recently and there is another tenant who states she was moved to ...
a higher floor as a resolution to her issue when it happened to her. I have been more than patient and nice but this is not sanitary for anyone to have to deal with. We had a leak in the roof when we first moved in and black mushrooms growing out of the ceiling, air conditioning even tho they “replaced” them went out and I spent a long weekend in the heat. The management just doesn’t care until you make a show and that isn’t correct. If you can spend the money somewhere else do so. These apartments may look nice when you’re taken on a tour but what you have to live with on a day to day basis is beyond nasty.

If you’re planning to move here, make sure you get a first floor apartment otherwise, get ready to use the stairs because the elevators work one second, breaks the next. People have gotten stuck in the elevators on a few occasions.
Need something fixed in your apartment (and you will) prepare to be on top of administration as they won’t send anyone otherwise. When they do come to repair something in your apartment for pest control, sometimes they open the door after knocking once (not giving ...
enough time to go from the living room to the door) or worst yet, they open the door without knocking.
If administration needs to give you a notice about anything, they won’t knock on your door. Instead, they will balance a paper of the notice on your doorknob or handle making it easy to be blown away by the wind or when you open the door. This is a problem when you need to be informed about something important, like rent change or lease renewal.
Avoid it if you can, horrible place.
