The Remodeling of the Apartments makes the Apartments very nice, but the Hallways when you enter the building are very dirty. The Roaches infestation in the Apartments are very bad. Some of the buildings on the Property had opening where you can enter inside of the Buildings. That is very bad to me and it is not a good look for the Apartments either.
The building is made in cheap way, you can feel everything if you live in the first floor

I give it a 2 pts. After leaving here for 2 years and 1/2 the problems come overwhelming when the Administration don't care about the behavior for the people leaving above of you. They just wanna rent it. Also they took almost a year after Ida hit to fix the walls for the neighbors affecting so much the price of Entergy. The sewer line and the infestation of roaches it is overwhelming. Please if you suffer for light sleep do not rent in this Property some neighbors are really nice some many ...
don't.
I am in the situation I have to wait until my husband coming back from deployed and finally leave. By 3 am I have to sleep in my car and text Property Manager at that time so I have back up for all my Complains.
