This apartment complex was the bomb.com when I first moved there 4 years ago. The manager of the property at that time was very nice warm and welcoming. Her staff was even better. They changed management and the next team that came in was HORRIBLE. I was out of water for 2 days because they needed to order a part. The manger Tami told me that they would compensate me on my rent because it was such an inconvenience to me. When the time came and I paid my rent less the amount she told me, she lied ...
and said she never told me that. She said she would look into it but I was not at liberty to take that amount off of my rent. When you call for maintenance, they take their time. They go in your apartment without letting you know. One time the maintenance man came to my house and brought his TEENAGE son along with him and told him to stand at the door. I complained about it because that was very uncomfortable for me as a single woman. The manager acted like it was nothing. The staff they have now is very rude. I've complained many times about things that bother me as a tenant and they don't care. They don't do anything to make changes and improvements. I am moving asap and wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!

Currently have a 2 bedroom but I am upgrading to a 3 bedroom on the 2nd or 3rd floor so I can have carpet for my son. Love the environment & mjajority of the neighbors are very friendly; there's always something for the children to do. Only thing I can say about management is they change very often, seems to be someone new every time I go in this past year. The old management from when I first moved in was ...
