May 9, 2021As far as the staff I’ve had no issues with them. They’ve been sweet to me from day one. The biggest thing I have a problem with is PARKING!! You’ll never be able to park in front of your OWN apartment.... that’s enough for me not to renew my lease. Ppl have lived in that area for years and they act like they own the property... no exaggeration when I say there’s NO PARKING!!!!Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here
January 3, 2017They will play stupid about money you paid already. Never any parking! The property manager Heidi plays dumb and lie before she gets her mouth open. Debbie is rude and fake. Brenda is the only sweet one and take her time finding out things she do not know instead of lying. I love Brenda. They do not keep up with paper work. They still owe me my deposit but screw it, I'm still going to be blessed. I do not recommend moving into these apartments. There are roaches. First year rent is OK but the ...renewal rates for rent or stupid high for no reason. Did one year over there and I left with quickness. My AC went out 3 times back to back. I had to sleep in the heat during the summer because the maintenance man (that stay in the same apartments) didn't want to come fix it. Don't waste your money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Cypress Creek Crossing
September 17, 2015The apartment complex has roaches and the managers know this yet they still rent the apartments out as if everything is OK. Also the maintenance staff is slow at fixing things. My AC unit was out for 4 days and all he did was bring me a fan, it was over 100 degrees outside. Did not offer us a hotel or anything. Very Poor Service, they don't care because none of them that work in the office, live here in these apartments.Review from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015This is the perfect building if you want great restaurants and close to EVERYTHING. 2 malls, walmart, HEB, Kroger.... The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area. a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. the office staff are very nice and maintenance is ALWAYS right on time and quick! the biggest 1bdr is to small for 2 peopleReview from Apartments.com
