If I could leave 0 stars I would.
March 22, 2024The management is TERRIBLE; let’s just start with maintenance requests. If you put in a maintenance request to get anything fixed or taken care of be prepared to wait weeks and months before they come. I put in a maintenance request for my light in my fridge over a year ago (That’s right in 2023) and it’s still not fixed. Also I put in a request for pest control to come and spray which took over 1 month to finally get someone to come. (Keep in mind tenants are paying for this, it’s included in ...the rent) Roaches are BAD they come from outside and due to no pest control coming EVER they populate…The apartment next to me flooded and I had water damage in my apartment on my carpet, it had a horrible smell so I put in a maintenance request; they said they’d be back on Thursday and never showed up it took almost 2-3 months before they replaced the wet carpet. (After 2-3 maintenance requests) They NEVER change air filters I’ve been here over 2 years and the filter was never replaced. (I had to request it he replaced) Black mold is all over the vent so I’m sure it’s in other places as well and only got painted over. Cars will be broken into if not careful they have junkies and homeless people walking up and down the streets every single night/day my car was broken into 3 times and my girlfriend’s car once. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! You’re better off living under bridge you’ll have less problems.Property Manager Responded

MOLD
August 18, 2020When my apartment flooded it was never sprayed for mold or given new carpet. For the past months mold has been growing in my restroom. All that was done was a spray paint job over the vent. Mold is still growing on the inside of it. Things like this make it very tempting for me to break lease. My god son has asthma. I will not let him step foot in this apartment because of the health hazards. If you’re looking for an apartment save your time and look somewhere is. July 22, 2018Realmente este no puedes ser el precio de estos appt en este momento en solo tres meses que llevo aquí esta renta han subido horrible y la condiciones del complejo cada vez peor una piscina que está en deterioro total con aguas verde y creando un foco de mosquitos la rejas eléctricas de al entrada lleva días dañados y la basura al final está con un olor horrible y no hay donde poner una bolsa de basura llega hasta la cerca si esto son los recibas de la renta aquí en este momento esto se quedará ...vacío. July 18, 2018Es un lugar bien bonito llevo tres meses aquí han mejorado muchas cosas como la limpieza see las áreas comunes sigo insistiendo en el ares de la piscina está muy abandonada siempre sucia un ares tan linda y cuando pasas y la vez así es decepcionante porque forma parte de el entorno y aunque uno no la use todo el tiempo debe estar siempre en óptimas condiciones cuando uno renta aquí no le dicen que está área solo se puede usar dos veces en el año en esto hay que mejorar mucho en era de los bloque ...8,9,10 es realmente horrible como los inquilinos no les preocupa la limpieza tiran de todo mi apartamento es lindo amplio y cómodo tyfanny es muy agradable con un poquito de mejoras es un lindo lugarRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

New Management 3/2018
March 30, 2018I have always loved the atmosphere and the grounds. Security has been a positive experience as well. Management upon moving in was not up to par at all though. New Management is trying to fix what the last staff management couldn't do. Upon moving in, in 2017, my experience was a nightmare to get them to follow through on management responsibilities and repairs to my apartment. KUDOS to the new management. The act fast and follow through. I do wish there was a small play area for children ...though.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2015It was much better before the current management. There's no one at the office whenever I called. It's difficult to get hold of anybody. They are trying trying but needs a lot of improvements. The new staff is not as friendly as when Kelly was still the manager. The rent increased again. Not happy about that.Review from Apartments.com
