Rent rate for 40 yrs old apartments
January 9, 2023I was considering on moving into these apartments until they raised the rate $ 350-400 more for apartments built in 1979. That’s the most outrageous price for a property that old. Very shameful.Review from Apartments.com
Soooo gross
September 12, 2020this place is not what it seems. Dont let the pictures fool you. Its full of roaches and other bugs, it smellsreally bad, the gates don't work people coming in at all hours. Its super dirty on the outside. Find a different place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Don't do it
November 23, 2019I don’t even know where to start. I guess first, don’t believe the pictures they post. They are inaccurate at best. The apartment was very dirty, moldy, and roach infested. “Repairs” were made on their timetable, which could take months if they happened at all. Brown water came out of the tub faucet, the flooring peeled up, the air vents were rusty, knobs were missing on cabinets, the dishwasher fell out of its space every time I opened the door, and the microwave tripped a breaker if I used it ...more than about 30 seconds. Terrible Dishonest Complex
November 24, 2018Do not move here!!! If you’re looking for dishonest management, thieves, terrible maintenance, and lack of security...this is a perfect place to stay! My husband and I moved out our apartment on June 7, 2018. We gave the complex a 60 day notice and also requested a schedule date to do a walk through prior to moving. We followed all proper move out procedures, turned in all items, and signed paperwork stating so. I even asked again in person on the day of the move if we could get a walk through. ...The complex insisted again that that wouldn't be required. As long as everything was cleaned out and turned in, we would be eligible for our deposit to be returned. I emailed the complex on June 19th to see when we should expect our deposit. The manager stated that it would take 30 days. My husband called, and management refused to give our money back. When I asked for their corporate office number, they refused that information as well. After pursuing this further, the complex nickel and dimed our entire deposit with frivolous charges. They even charged us for removing a Dish Network dish attachment when we’ve NEVER used that service (it was left there from the previous tenant). June 13, 2018The floor plans are lovely. I like how spacious the apartments are for the price range. It's like a small community tucked away in plain sight. If you don't know it's here, you'll miss it. I like the variety of community services they offer. Maintenance is very timely with work orders. Management is helpful; however, they really need to lighten up on how they treat people's kids at the pool. If it weren't for the rudeness the physically touching kids while questioning or more accurately ...interrogating them, i would nit post this. But after reading some of these reviews I realize im not the only one vexed by this immature/unfriendly behaviourProperty Manager Responded

A Place I Call Home
April 17, 2018This is really a great place to live, more like a community rather than an apartment complex. I've been here for 7 years and it doesn't really feel like it. The location is great - right next to the park where you can walk your dogs, play in the playground, walk around the track or just watch the kids play soccer. So spacious and quiet, even with when the children get home from school. The maintenance staff is on point, if there is a problem in your apartment, they will take care of it right ...away. and the front office staff is helpful as well - they will even hold your packages so they will not get stolen from your door. Good Size for a good price
August 27, 2015I have lived here for almost two years and have not had a problem with anything. The Staff at the leasing office are always helpful and understanding, and the maintenance is always quick to get an issue fixed, they changed alot to make sure it stays peaceful and quiet. Close to 45 and in a secluded location next to a park where you can walk your dog. cant complain about this place. Spacious & a place I love to call home!
July 29, 2015I love my new apartment. I recently moved here in May and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. The office staff is friendly, very helpful and always available. We have a great pool, fitness center & playground for the kids, even a dog park for your pet!
