October 18, 2023We have enjoyed living here at Diamond Creek. Beautiful, well-appointed apartments with lovely views, clubhouse, pool and next to a lovely walking path. Convenient and quiet. THEY TOW RESIDENTS' VEHICLES
July 19, 2021They tow your vehicle without notice even if you register your vehicle with them. When I explained I travel for work, they asked me to provide my work schedule so I won't get towed again. Terrible management!Review from Apartments.com

January 15, 2016My wife and I recently applied to rent one of the Diamond Creek apartments in Morgan Hill. The property manager Denise C. was very pleasant and very helpful. Denise took the time and showed us the different floor plans and they were all great. Although we really wanted a house the apartment has everything we need! January 11, 2016Just viewed these beautiful apartments! Denise C. and her staff were very helpful and provided top notch customer service. After viewing approx. 10 properties, these rank #2; Design and layout comparable to properties viewed in Cupertino! Only drawback is that construction is still on-going.
