If they hire some good staff this property will be much better.
November 25, 2021I live here for almost three years. Since I moved in so early so my rent is kind of reasonable, but from what I know, these days they raise the rent a lot. It is convenient for those students who don't want to have a car. But for same reason, since it is really close to the campus, there are so many young students who are holding parties every week. Not a quiet apartment at all. Also, they are doing an update construction for all the buildings which made quite annoying noise every workday. And ...may ley you can't use your garage and balcony but you have to pay the same rent during these days. Luckily for me, I can go to school every day, but if you have to stay at home for the whole day then it's gonna be tough. And the most reason for me to give 2 stars, is because of the attitude of the staff. That staff, she always sends those notifications emails at or really close to 5:00 pm which gives you no chance to call them and ask for more details(Their work hour is from 9 or 10 to 5). I think it's very irresponsible. It's your job, but you don't want to answer any calls or inquires from residents. But have you ever thought that what is just a job for you is a home for us in our daily lives? I won't name you here, but I hope you can be more responsible in your work in the future!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
