IF YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE MOVE TO BRIARWOOD
January 4, 2021If it had 0 stars that’s what i would give it. Now let me tell why 1. Maintenance! Everytime something is wrong they blame it on YOU! Had a leak in the closet that made the floor soaked. Took them a day to come do something about it then tried to blame it on our washer. Meanwhile it came from the neighbors hot water heater. Carpet soaked meaning mildew. You think they changed the carpet? NO. Took everything out the closet said they were going to put it back but didn’t. That’s just one thing. It ...was bugs, air stopped working multiple times, kitchen sink stopped up, bathroom toilet overflowed.Anything that could have went wrong with apartment did. 2. Leasing office workers are UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Especially the girl that works there. 3. Walls so thin i heard everything from every apartment around. EVERYTHING. trash everywhere around the apartment. If we didn’t put it on my boyfriends credit, that lease would have been broke. I counted down the days we had to move. There are better options in Little Rock
December 30, 2019I’ve lived here for two years now and though there’s a lot of potential, I wish I would’ve selected elsewhere. The parking lot is terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE. It floods when it rains for a long period of time and I sometimes have to move my car so that it doesn’t get flooded either. Potholes literally everywhere. The gates don’t stay closed. Pretty much anyone can come in as they please. So much for safety. The tub peels and the doors/cabinets don’t close all the way. My closet door has been ...jammed since I moved in and even after requesting to get it fixed, whatever maintenance did, didn’t work. There are no outlets in the kitchen/cooking area, not even on the island area. Maintenance is pretty careless when it come to construction or work orders. They don’t consider nearby neighbors or residents when making loud noises, especially early in the mornings. Okay but needs work
July 3, 2019The apartments themselves are okay but we had difficulty with the constant noise—people driving through the parking lot with their music loud late at night, parked in the parking lot with it loud, or shouting in neighboring apartments. Moreover, the grounds are not great. Several potholes in the parking lot and they don’t seem to clean litter or dust in the common areas.Review from Apartments.com
Property on its way too success
September 16, 2016I've been at Briarwood for 3 yrs and have seen my share of ups and downs..But the new team they have now are excellent..Marcus and Janelle always try to go above and beyond and always works with you to make sure you are happy...I was very unhappy with my current apartment and they moved me to an updated apartment....They are making the property look good and making activity lounge for the kids and adults....Hopefully they will be here permanently to keep things going and stay positiveProperty Manager Responded

August 6, 2016Every time I put in a maintenance request, it turns into a multi-week ordeal. My car has been broken into at least six times (including one time where my window was broken).
