Manager is a bit much
July 7, 2024Apartments are in dire need of renovation but overall a safe place to reside. The kicker is how nosy and annoying the manager is. She makes you pay for anything that goes wrong within the apartment and then blames you and gives you reasons as to why you caused it. She also watches everything from the security cameras and knows your every move. This could be a good thing if people are up to no good but she takes it to another level of nosey.Review from Apartments.com
Be aware of manager
July 22, 2015I never had a problem with this place before but we moved out for good reasons. The new manager happens to be very nosy. We pay our rent on time and we never try to cause any problem but we feel like she and her husband try to watch you were ever you go.. Just be aware your not getting any privacy ... She sticks notes on every door about the used of water plus she wanted every one to report about abusing the water I mean really I not going to stick my nose for someone business at the privacy of ...their own bathroom ... Plus every time we enter the parking she has a habit to look over the window to see who comes in.. We all have access to get in ... I mean they have security cameras everywhere...
