Beach Living
September 12, 2015I like the place I live. It is not for everyone. Especially those that have high expectations. (Particularly mid-westerners who don't quite understand what beach living is about.) Our complex is close to the ocean. 100 ft and you are walking in sand. It has a good amount of space, and the retro- look and feel only adds to the charm. We have a pool that is cleaned regularly and the lawn is maintained. The property company is attentive, and will assist as noted in the lease. The lease is ...clear-cut, the neighbors are nice. You get to live in paradise for less than average $$. However, if you expect a new building and new appliances... look somewhere else. You need to adapt to the beach laid-back lifestyle and not expect more than what you are willing to pay for. (Common sense. :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
