Run away from this place!
January 4, 2022Dirty, roach infested, and horrible maintenance! The apartments look NOTHING like their picture. They did not bother to clean or paint before we moved in. Seriously, this place should be condemned.Review from Apartments.com
Older but Quiet
February 1, 2020Relocating back to area and found this place during my search. Its a quiet complex, small, but everyone I met was friendly and courteous. The Office Manager Jordan was awesome and showed me a unit( one of the only complex that actually had a late day for those of us that work long hours). Love the all bills paid. The parking is kinda small but it wasn't that bad at 6pm on thurs night. Driving by at night the complex has bright security lights that I noticed from 330. I hope I'm able to get ...the unit but if not, the next resident should be happy.Property Manager Responded

Run far as you can from these apartments
January 25, 2019These apartments are trashy even though they fixed them up and got new owners the current property manager is wrongly evicting tenants and not even going through the process of evicting people she is rude and unprofessional I do not recommend anyone to come live at this property better yet run far as you can away I had several belongings to be stolen out of my apartmentProperty Manager Responded
February 1, 2019Thank you for your review. The eviction process is a legal process that is overseen by a Judge who adjudicates (makes the decision) whether evictions are proper. At Decker Place Apartments, we abide by all the legal requirements and procedures as it relates to evictions. Regarding the belongings stolen from your apartment, we always recommend for residents to obtain renter's insurance (we would be glad to refer you to our renter's insurance partner). To date, we have not received a copy of the police report related to the belongings stolen out of the apartment. Again, we appreciate all reviews - negative or positive - we try our best each day to make Decker Place Apartments a wonderful place to live. Thank you and have a great day!
