I’ve loved living at Deco! The new community garden and resident events have been great additions and make it easy to connect with neighbors. The amenities are awesome. It’s clear there’s a lot of effort put into creating a fun and welcoming community!

Deco has been such a great place to call home! The building is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The dog park has been a huge plus, the pool is amazing during the summer, and the grills are great for hanging out with friends. I really love the community feel here and how much effort goes into keeping the property clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for residents. Highly recommend Deco!

Cheap appliances, mini fridge, gross ceramic stove. Dirty buildings. Barking dogs. Not sound proof. Terrible complex manager who is rude and unfriendly. Will keep your security deposit for no reason. Are not nice to tenants.

Not only because the apartment itself is beautiful, but also because the managers and maintenance staff have always been very responsive and accommodating. One example of this was when my kitchen faucet had a small leak, so I submitted a maintenance request and the faucet was fixed that day! Deco is an awesome place to live! My fiancee, 2 dogs, and I have lived here for 3 years and just renewed our lease for a 4th year. The staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. Communication is excellent. Maintenance is the most prompt I've experienced in an apartment. We haven't had to wait more than a day for a request to be handled. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. I couldn't recommend Deco more to anyone looking for a great living experience on Madison's west side.

Deco Apartments is the best apartment I have found in the Madison area! They are the epitome of luxury apartments. The community spaces are always clean. The pool, gym, and grills on site are great. First of all let me say that the managers are very nice as well as the maintenance guy. The units are also very nice. However the residents are completely rude and inconsiderate. They are primarily 18 to 25-year-olds living in this complex. They blast music, over run the pool, and let their large obnoxious dogs attack you. Several times I have been in the main areas of the building where these residents let their dogs off the leash and they come running towards you and attack you. I even ...
stepped in pee in the lobby that one of these kids refused to clean up. They will invite their drug using friends over to use the pool so you won’t ever get a chance to actually use it and enjoy it. Or they’ll invite all of their friends who have children and let them over run the pool. The guy above me blasts his music almost all day long. When he’s walking, he cannot be walking like a normal person-literally sounds like there’s an elephant in my place. He also feels the need to make phone calls at five or six in the morning where he screaming on the phone and it sounds like he’s in my bedroom. They leave the common areas dirty and expect other people to pick up after them. I went to use the community room one morning and somebody had literally trashed it and left all sorts of stuff all over that I had to clean up. If you go down to the trash room they apparently don’t understand that you need to recycle and they throw stuff and pile it up all over the place. They will even throw furniture in there because they’re too lazy to take it to Goodwill. If you are essentially looking to live in an overpriced dorm, where you can’t use the pool, around a bunch of spoiled millennial brats, then this place is for you.

Deco apartments look very nice. Both on the outside. And on the inside of the apartment. But the sound proofing between floors is HORRIBLE!! Back in June, new tenants moved in above me and they have a somewhat abnormal schedule. They get home around 8p and that is when they start their routine.
