Sewage in My Apartment
October 30, 2020Since I moved into my apartment at Deep Eddy Flats in August, sewage water has flooded my apartment 3 times. This is a BIG recurring issue that ATX Fenton will not fox. They just slap a bandaid on it and wait for it to happen again in a few weeks. Please do not live here or at any other property managed by atx fentonReview from Apartments.com
BEWARE
July 17, 2019Do not move here. The building has rats, cockroaches, and the floors are literally uneven. The remodel is just a cover on a bad base of problems, not a fix. They painted over MOLD! Management is terrible - they never return calls and you can only speak with the operator who is nice but useless when you need something done.Review from Apartments.com
