January 27, 2026I've been having a lot of personal issues but everybody here has been super helpful and not rude about any of the problems I've had I like that I get left alone for the most part nobody bothers me. My dishwasher is acting up and I need to get that figured out it's not draining but other than that everything's been good here there's a couple pieces of missing trim that have been missing since I moved in some paint that wasn't like lined properly but that's just nitpicky me being a contractorProperty Manager Responded

December 18, 2025I’ve only been a resident for about a week, but so far my experience has been positive. The move-in process was fast and easy, the community is clean and well maintained, and management has been responsive and welcoming. December 11, 2025Living at Deer Crest has been a very positive experience for us. We have lived here almost three years and have no plans to move. The management, Jennifer and Brandi, are exceptional. They are friendly and professional. They always make residents feel welcome.and are always available for questions or concerns. The Maintenance Team responds very quickly to work orders and are very knowledgeable. The person who takes care of the grounds, Lance, is always visible and takes is ...exceptional in keeping our grounds clean and beautiful. He always stops to smile and Greet us when we pass by him. I would definitely highly recommend Deer Crest as a wonderful community to call home.Property Manager Responded
