My only holdback from giving 5 stars is that after being here for a year they thought offering us a lease renewal at the same price we currently pay was a great deal. Especially when there are people moving in at a cheaper rate for the same size apartment.
Other then that this has been a wonderful community to live in.

So far so good! Place is clean, safe, has community event, and management is nice! I just wish the hot tub was fixed and the walls were thicker.

I have only been here for a little over a week but so far I like it. Parking is a very nice change of pace from my last place. Having dumpsters at every building is appreciated, it seems to keep trash down in the community. The team in the office has been super helpful and understanding of situations. They are fairly quick to respond to emails and answer my questions promptly.

I enjoy living here.
My only complaint is that the people who live above me are always making noise at all hours, and they allow their dog(s) to go potty on the balcony which leaks into mine all over everything!!
However I think their moving out so I expect things to get a whole lot better!! I might even be able to sleep through the night for once.

Our move in has been amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is so much space and it's so quiet in the complex. The access to the park and King Soopers is so convenient.
