June 4, 2025Overall, a good place to live. Close to the trails, access to city services because we are residence of a larger community Broomfield city, and access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and business services and health. We also have access to three lovely parks and wonderful views, especially from the ridge. Not to be forgotten, easy access to major highways, including 36, 287, and I 25. Simply work on improving maintenance and supervision of small children.Review from Apartments.com

May 8, 2025I'm so happy to be here. It's been a difficult hunt to find the right community to raise my children in. I have found it at DeerCrest apartments. Never thought I'd be able to get into a place of my own without the help of someone else. DeerCrest apartments welcomed me with open arms and I've now got a place we can call home.
