    Jennifer and the office staff is great. They have helped me many times with paperwork and computer stuff that I had to get done. I enjoy having water when I go in. There are usually snacks. The maintenance guys are great. I enjoy chatting with all of the staff members. Anytime I need something done in my apartment they are on it. I love the grass and walking the trail with my dog. I renewed my lease after my first year because I enjoy living here.

    So far so good, we have had some issues with our ac moving in but Deer Crest has been quick to try different fixes. Other than that no complaints!

    Good, needs help with making apartments ready. Mine had several flaws or missing equipment the had to fix, not to say filthy areas. Though with the help of my son, also a resident here they all should be handled.

    Very friendly staff and cozy apartment.Very much updates inside apartment and have own laundry.Walking distance to grocery store,restaurants and business.It was nice school bus pick up kids too school.

    Nice clean and quiet. Move in was good. Stores are walking distance away. Fireplace is fun to have when it’s cold outside. Wish a decent bus line was a bit closer.

    Overall, a good place to live. Close to the trails, access to city services because we are residence of a larger community Broomfield city, and access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and business services and health. We also have access to three lovely parks and wonderful views, especially from the ridge. Not to be forgotten, easy access to major highways, including 36, 287, and I 25. Simply work on improving maintenance and supervision of small children.
