    Very friendly staff and cozy apartment.Very much updates inside apartment and have own laundry.Walking distance to grocery store,restaurants and business.It was nice school bus pick up kids too school.

    Nice clean and quiet. Move in was good. Stores are walking distance away. Fireplace is fun to have when it’s cold outside. Wish a decent bus line was a bit closer.

    Overall, a good place to live. Close to the trails, access to city services because we are residence of a larger community Broomfield city, and access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and business services and health. We also have access to three lovely parks and wonderful views, especially from the ridge. Not to be forgotten, easy access to major highways, including 36, 287, and I 25. Simply work on improving maintenance and supervision of small children.

    Amazing community, people here are incredibly supportive/ friendly, and most importantly my little girl loves the area to go on walks and or even get in the pool. Best community I’ve ever been at.

    Everyone has been super nice here. So many friendly pet to. It is clean, maintenance has been on top of everything. My neighbors are super chill and everyone pretty much has a dog here.

    I'm so happy to be here. It's been a difficult hunt to find the right community to raise my children in. I have found it at DeerCrest apartments. Never thought I'd be able to get into a place of my own without the help of someone else. DeerCrest apartments welcomed me with open arms and I've now got a place we can call home. Great place for anyone who is looking for a decent area to live in at a reasonable cost. I love it here!
