    They will tow your vehicle without notice. Fine you for leaving a snow shovel outside the patio door. Rent skyrockets after the first year.

    Deer Park is the best place we have lived in. There are zero issues, maintenance work has been done in a timely manner, & the office staff is very friendly & helpful with any questions/concerns.

    I have really enjoyed living here so far, I think the apartments are a great value especially considering the price range is the same as most other apartments in the area which are poorer quality and do not have the same amenities. Management and maintenance are helpful and easy to get ahold of. The laundry is convenient to access and doesn’t require quarters which is great.

    It’s a great area very welcoming and quiet. The people are great to work with they get back in a very timely manner and answer everything I had to ask. They got me approved the same day I applied and it took less then an hour. Definitely love all the amenities that they offer
