December 17, 2025There is 24 hour concierge, security gates, great location at Bering and Woodway. Bering park across the street that has tennis courts, track, dog park, field and an area for young children. The apartments are older and they’re spacious. There is a great pool and roof top tennis courts. Nice residents too!Review from Apartments.com

December 8, 2025We've lived for about a year and a half, and we absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are eateries, shops, a pharmacy, and a park all within walking distance from the apartment complex. The on-site amenities are fabulous. The grounds are always clean. The staff is truly wonderful. The 24/7 concierge team is always warm and welcoming. The management team in the leasing office is helpful and hospitable at all times. The maintenance team do an incredible job of fulfilling ...service requests. We cannot imagine living anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2025The apartment complex continues to maintain a high level of maintenance and support from the concierge staff. The security at the complex is generally good; I personally have had no incidents with individuals who intended to steal or do harm to residents. The staff is generally very helpful in resolving issues, which may lead to problems. The largest issue at the complex is electric power that is supplied from outside. This is largely outside the ability of the staff to directly resolve, but ...the staff is always diligent in following up with Centerpoint on power outages and on water problems.Property Manager Responded

October 4, 2025The total complete staff and the high caliber neighbors and centrally located!Very pet friendly! Next door to the Tanglewood Fire & Paramedics Dept and across the street to the park and surrounded by high end restaurants and a Walgreens and Dry Cleaners A Brothers Bakery A Couple of Beauty salons and nail salons.
