My experience as a resident has been wonderful. I really appreciate the beautiful community, the cleanliness, and the friendly and helpful staff. The concierge and management team have always been welcoming and professional, and I truly feel that they care about the residents. I also love the atmosphere of the community and the amenities. Overall, I’m very happy to call this place home and grateful for the positive experience I’ve had here.

We have spent two years as residents of the Deerwood, and we could not be happier. Our apartment is spacious, airy, and we love all the natural light we get from our windows! We love everything about our home, from the kind and welcoming staff to the cleanliness of the property. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and The Deerwood is conveniently located near many eateries, grocery stores, and a lovely park. 24/7 concierge is a constant comfort, and the concierge team are among the friendliest people we've ever known. Communication from staff to residents is always clear and organized, whether it's about an upcoming maintenance project, a Thursday night food truck, or a reminder of community guidelines. Additionally, the maintenance staff is truly outstanding; service requests are easy to submit and are always fulfilled within 24 hours. All in all, this is a wonderful place to call home.
