March 19, 2026Deerwood is the best apartment complex in Houston! It’s extremely safe and located in the beautiful Tanglewood area with great access In any direction in Houston. The staff is extremely friendly and caring , and I consider them my very good friends! I’ve lived here over 8 years and enjoy the pretty grounds everyday . March 3, 2026A safe, clean, quiet, experience. I have lived here almost 7 years. It is 1.2 miles from 3 major grocery stores. It is 2 miles from (2) Walmart stores. There is (1) way in & out of the complex.Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2026Not good, old pipes constantly turning off water without giving proper notice, changes payment portal once a year, maintenance, trash pick up is a problem, no pest control but we get charged for it, gates never work properlyProperty Manager Responded
February 13, 2026Hello, This is the 4th time I have reached out to you to discuss your complaints, but you haven't returned my calls or emails. You just keep leaving bad reviews. We have regular pest control every week! Trash is picked up Sunday thru Thursday. If I don't know what's your issue is how can I help. Please reach out so we can discuss. Thank you!

December 20, 2025All Front Desk Staff was Nice and Friendly. The surrounding always Clean. Leaving here in Deerwood was safe. The Maintenance was good when you need them they always there to accommodate your problem.Property Manager Responded

December 17, 2025There is 24 hour concierge, security gates, great location at Bering and Woodway. Bering park across the street that has tennis courts, track, dog park, field and an area for young children. The apartments are older and they’re spacious. There is a great pool and roof top tennis courts. Nice residents too!Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2025We've lived for about a year and a half, and we absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are eateries, shops, a pharmacy, and a park all within walking distance from the apartment complex. The on-site amenities are fabulous. The grounds are always clean. The staff is truly wonderful. The 24/7 concierge team is always warm and welcoming. The management team in the leasing office is helpful and hospitable at all times. The maintenance team do an incredible job of fulfilling ...service requests. We cannot imagine living anywhere else.Property Manager Responded
