Programs to accumulate points and discounts are available to all residents! It’s a friendly place with weekly food truck stopovers, occasional pool parties, and seasonal celebrations. April 17, 2026No place is perfect. The Deerwood is an older building with older appliances, but the grounds are well maintained and the management and maintenance staff are superb! The staff is extremely friendly and caring , and I consider them my very good friends! I’ve lived here over 8 years and enjoy the pretty grounds everyday .
