When we moved into our apartment, the apartment was filthy, doors were broken, holes in the walls, missing door stops, the "back yard" was full of trash, broken fence and I can go on. In a time of COVID, moving into a dirty apartment was absolutely unacceptable yet they took over 3 weeks to send a cleaning crew. We sent pictures of the dirt and grime and still no response. After living here for two months, I took a bath and water starting pouring from the ceiling. I called the emergency ...
maintenance line and STILL no response. We have had several maintenance request ignored, or someone comes and says they will be back but then no follow up. They asked us to give a review, so here it is. After we moved in, we were ghosted.
