May 19, 2025Honestly, pretty disappointed in how many issues there are in my unit that I was told was “move in ready”. There has been an issue practically every month I have lived here and although most have been resolved, I should have not been given a unit with constant problems. April 14, 2025We’ve been here for about 2 years and it’s been fine however the excess amount of bird poop on our stairs and balconies is not okay. The pool being locked almost 90% of the time is not okay, we pay for very limited amenities and I expect to have access to them especially on the few days I actually have off.Review from Apartments.com

March 30, 2025As a long time resident my wife and I have seen a lot. My only real complaint is that when you need something, you put in a work order. It may get done in a timely manner or not. Maintenence is under staffed and this is a large complex. You can make requests all you want and it may take months to get done. The only reason we are still here is because of Rachel. Shes awesome. The others not so much. Pride rock is a horrible management company as far as Del Coronado is concerned.Review from Apartments.com

March 23, 2025It’s doesn’t seem like much for the kids to do. There’s a soccer, basketball, valley area but not basketball rims, no net for the valley ball to be put up just an area. There’s only just the swimming pools.Review from Apartments.com
