Lack of maintenance
June 4, 2025Don’t even have a month living here and they didn’t give the apartment in good conditions I didn’t have ac for 2 days and this apartment has been dripping water from everywhere all my clothes get wet and the office still hasn’t done anything!!!Review from Apartments.com

Don’t move in here!!!
April 30, 2021First I want to start off with the maintenance manager is a rude lady, you do work orders and they’ll take their time to go fix it, something MAJOR happened In the unit I live in, she was aware of it, the whole ceiling from the living room colapse, it took her to that point to send them to go fix it this would of been prevented if she was to called the guys to go the day after they had went and no one was home... I recommend
February 22, 2021I’ve lived here four months now. I am pleased with the apartments and staff. There are a couple things that need to be fixed- the gate, and the parking lot tends to flood. The complex stays on top of the landscaping as I am always pleased to see the beautiful flowers upon entry/exit. The maintenance staff has been very attentive to my needs and have handled all of my maintenance requests- the same day . The rent is affordable and I haven’t had any pest control issues- but I’m sure if I ...do... they’ll take care of it as swiftly as they have my maintenance requests. I’ve referred 2 people already- and both have moved in. They also provide a rent credit for referrals. Del Mar also plays virtual bingo from time to time , and I have one a Walmart gift card ?. They care about their tenants, or at least that’s my experience. One other thing I like about this complex, they live and let live... not hung up on the way you decorate your porch or balcony - unlike other apartment complexes.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
January 12, 2021Extremely rude & unprofessional. Worst living decision I’ve made in my life I wouldn’t recommend unless a last resort. Roach infested, walls and ceilings caving in, plus haven’t been remodeled in years. Tried to charge me 50$ for a replacement parking sticker after I explained my original sticker being gone on a totaled car. Please don’t give Del Mar apartments your money!!!!Property Manager Responded

EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT TEAM
March 6, 2019I lived here for three years. A great portion of my kids life was spent here , we had ups and downs but when martha and her team came in and started to host parties , networking events, health care events. They started paying attention to the tickets, they started to do what the other managent team could not do. I started to feel more at peace, i gave my kids and us another year before we found our home. The not so well is that yes it wil lflood when it rains heavy. It was not like this before ...hurrican harvey . After harvey, the community gets flooded after heavy rains. Not to a point where you cannot drive out of there or water is going into your apartment. USE BOOTS! As long as you treat themanagement team with respect. They will work with you. They are getting strict with parking but this is due to their attentiveness to the security of the resident. There is an officer even when you dont notice he is there. Security has been heightened. Overall great schools! Find an option better than this
September 22, 2018Don't bother coming here. Waste of money. Dents in the floor that have not been fixed yet. I'm scared the floor might cave in. Pipes are never properly fixed thus causes constant dripping which increases my water bill. Laundromat is caked with spiders. Exercise equipment in the gym room is always broken. These apartments are a complete mess. Save your money and go elsewhere. These apartments may look decent on the outside, but on the inside it's poorly constructed and has several problems that ...maintenance never seem to fix properly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
