My fiance and I have lived here for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. The 2 times we had a maintenance issue the response was near immediate and handled same day. Management is fairly easy to reach by phone but maintenance is on site 24/7 which is awesome, we were saved by Eric when we locked ourselves out of the unit. Having such a well built unit at such a low price for the area is huge for us. 5/5 and highly recommended.

One of the worst places to rent in Pasadena. Managed by a family who are grossly unprofessional , I mean grossly unprofessional, and grossly unintelligent. They manage this building by telling lies, lies and more lies. They are bullied by a twenty two years old girl and her boy fried for two years now!!! They spread rumors, turn neighbors against each other by telling lies. When they don’t know how to handle the problem, they tape a 30 day notice to move out on your door!!! The building is not ...

safe since public can easily access through the back alley. The dumpster is grossly filthy that smells horrible and attracts cockroaches, ants and other vermin’s inside the apartments. They have turned this property as if it is their playground, sharing information from your application with other neighbors without your permission or calling your family without your permission. The lease agreement is full of errors and they ask you to correct it for them, grossly unprofessional.
