Our building is evolving into a great place to call home! I have a few complaints but other than that I love the building. First, due to frequent clogging of the trash chute, it has been closed for sometime and we have to walk our trash down to the dumpster which is annoying and inconvenient. Also the gate code has been changed and isn't shared. Lastly, I never have liked my carpet from the time I moved in, but I have seen that some units have been upgrading to laminates. location in someways like being along the bikepath on Culver, however there is a fair amount of traffic noise and sirens that we have to put up with as well. Overall, the grounds are always kept clean and nice, and management is constantly making upgrades, like adding bike racks, a grill, and a gym! They are also fast to respond to any maintenance requests and often replace appliances with new ones. There are special events hosted at the pool or in the courtyard for families to come out and have fun. We even receive treats at our doorstep on holidays!
