Great quiet place
May 15, 2025This was a wonderful place to live, only 2 miles from the beach and a nice mix of people, all friendly. The place quiet and clean, the property manager was always helpful, and took care of at issues I had immediately. Would love to stay there another time.Property Manager Responded

Poorly kept. Poorly managed. And crime is out of control.
September 5, 2021The management is horrible. The grounds keeping is appalling. The apartments are below substandard. It's crime ridden. Crime is UNBELIEVABLY high. Horrible tenants. Dangerous!!
April 20, 2019I should have did my due diligence before renting here. Every day! The cops are here for some kind of altercation. I witnessed this lesbian couple fighting and ended up busting out all of the windows of their vehicle. Not to mention the constant drug trafficking going on in plain sight. It’s so scary ... I try and block out all of the negativity because I’m raising children but please take heed to this review. This place is very .. very ... BAD!! Rent certainly doesn’t match the area. Don’t even ...trust your neighbors they will eventually turn on you.Property Manager Responded
