June 11, 2025These apartments change owners almost every year, and with every change things get worst. They have a pool here, which has been closed for about 8 months and the new owners have no plans to open it. There’s no washer/dryer in the apartment, nothing is updated inside. Most of the apartments have roaches so everytime someone moves out (which is very often) the roaches will move to your apartment. You can’t have a grill outside, they locked up all the water hoses so you can’t even use those. August 30, 2015I've been living at DeLand River Apartments for going on two years now. The apartment complex is located right off of the Saint John's River.
