The apartments are nice, and I like that everything feels safe and taken care of. The location is also convenient because it’s close to stores, restaurants, and everything I need. Mold Problem

This apartment complex has a mold problem. Three other tenants with the same problem and two are moving out. Expect to live with the mold, or else they will charge you to move out. I do not recommend moving into this location. Go by on a weekend and talk to tenants there. We had our own mold report done and were told to move out. We did, and now they are trying to charge us over 3k. We had to throw furniture away because of the mold.

After 8 years of renting, I found my forever home! New gym, pet spa (provides soaps/blow dryer/treats), fire pit, cornhole, you name it. The pool is coming soon and they have individual mini fridges at no cost!!
