Renters Reviews and Ratings
Good at first, but not so much after you move in
May 16, 2021My husband and I really liked this apartment complex when we moved into it in 2019, however none of the things they said they would fix during our move in were touched. The windows would not shut all the way and we began to grow mold from rain coming into our apartment and during the winter months it was impossible to keep the apartment warm, causing our electric bill to be close to $300 a couple months in a row. We seldom put in maintenance request because they would take forever to be ...acknowledged, however the few times we did the maintenance man showed up unannounced. The first time he showed and proceeded to show me how to fix the sink if it broke again. The other occasion he showed up unannounced my husband was sleeping and was woke up to the maintenance man rummaging through our office examining the windows (after almost a year of complaining about the windows) my husband grabbed his handgun because he thought someone had broken in to our apartment. The office people would come late and leave super early everyday. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, until management and maintenance change.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
