A Trollywood Star.

Located in Wilmington's answer to New York's West Village and LA's Weho neighborhoods,my Trolley Square (Trollywood to local residents), second floor one bedroom apt. with a balcony is ideally situated to observe (from said balcony),or join the enthusiastic energy just one flight down and one block walk to all the restaurants, bars and shopping, not to mention our new, majorly cool, wired, loungy, café! There's a big beautiful park (with river), two tree lined blocks away and downtown Wilmington ...

is a 15min. walk away. I think of the neighborhood as the perfect place to be, half country, half city and the apt. in a 1840 built Second Empire (French) style surrounded by a growing influx of young (I'm 55), people is the perfect mix of modern and old world, me and the bldg.apt.!
