I lived at these apartments and wanted to share my experience so future renters can make an informed decision.
After the tornado damage, the building developed serious moisture issues that, in my experience, were never properly resolved. The hallways often smelled strongly of mold and mildew, and mushrooms were growing outside my apartment door because of the ongoing moisture. There were also leaks and water damage that raised concerns about the condition of the property.

me worry about the health and safety of the building. I would encourage anyone considering renting here to inspect the property carefully, pay close attention to any signs of water damage or mold, and ask questions about what repairs have been completed.
This was not a positive living experience for me, and I personally would not recommend living here until these issues have been fully addressed.
