July 28, 2025Only rent from this place if you want to experience terrible, uncooperative management from Related that will not only NOT work with you to terminate your lease contract when you have a life event and provide them ample notice, but also do the minimum to take care of the property well. Painting it a new color doesn't change the fact that a lot of roofing needs to be repaired a much more. When I moved into my apartment, the dishwasher was broken and it took 2 months to get a new one at no discount ...on my rent. I reported a leak in my apartment that was never fixed properly. It would also leak in my garage because the roof of the garage under the decking is clearly severely damaged. I requested that my folding laundry room door be fixed twice, it needed a new rod, but it was never fixed either and kept falling off of the track because the rod was broken. My garage door also broke 3 times in a matter of months. From what I observed or noticed, they tend to do the "landlord special" when it comes to repairing things.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
