Stay away/bad mangement
July 1, 2025I have been a resident of Delrado apartments for over 2 years and it has gone south very quickly. There is no maintenance on site when we did have maintenance they were being borrowed from other properties the property managers have to lock the doors in the office because of people harassing them which then gives the impression nobody's in the office. It has been hot in the summer and there are still residents with no air conditioner units fixed. Cars have been broken in multiple times and one ...time there is even a fire in the laundry room and the property management did not even know about it until the next day when they were called by the Fire Marshal. Their dog park is a joke I don't know why they even say it's there it's basically a space because they didn't know anything to do with it it's never kept up and snow removal is atrocious during the winter. Kitchen is very small to prep. They've gone through two companies since I've been here and both of the companies I have nothing but bad things to say about them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Experience
March 29, 2019I am more than pleased with my experience at the Delrado Apartments. The Delrado team have exceeded my expectations for customer service without fail. Any maintenance issues I encountered have been resolved without issue and to my satisfaction. The grounds are pleasing to the eye and well maintained. Snow removal was prompt. There is not an issue with litter or trash. The pool is well maintained. I love to hear the laughter coming from the pool area on a summer's evening. The apartment heats and ...cools excellently. I have been pleasantly surprised by the cost of my utility bills. They have been well within what I expected. There are laundry facilities on sight and I have not had issues with them. The washers and dryers work well. I would select the Delrado Apartments again, without hesitation.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2019I love this apartment complex.The first thing that grabbed my eye was how well maintained the property is. Then once you meet the office staff you know this is where you want to call home.I havent had any issues at all and I've been here over a year. My family comes to visit and most say when their lease is up, they will apply for a apartment here.I really love the location and the quietness to this place. This was one of the best moves I have made in deciding where to stay. Mrs Ruby and Jamaia ...are both so professional and polite...and always willing to make sure your day is drama free and as pleasant as they can make it.
