Poor experience
June 22, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for two years a few years ago and maintenance service was bad. Towards the end of my residency I had water leaking from the ceiling and under the sink for a month took them a month to go look at it even though I reported it several times (spoke to them a couple times and then via voicemail and text as they stopped answering the phone). Mold started to grow from the non stop leaks. They came in only twice after a month and still didn't fix it only kinda did a quick patch up which ...started to leak again shortly after. They'd tell me they'd be there a certain day and wouldn't show up, several times this happened.
