Poor experience
June 22, 2025I lived here for two years a few years ago and maintenance service was bad. Towards the end of my residency I had water leaking from the ceiling and under the sink for a month took them a month to go look at it even though I reported it several times (spoke to them a couple times and then via voicemail and text as they stopped answering the phone). Mold started to grow from the non stop leaks. They came in only twice after a month and still didn't fix it only kinda did a quick patch up which ...started to leak again shortly after. They'd tell me they'd be there a certain day and wouldn't show up, several times this happened. maintenance sucks
February 28, 2022Building isn’t in good condition, maintenance takes forever no one to contact in an emergency, twice a water line has popped and the walk ways flooded literally couldn’t call anyone or do anything. The apartment will be dirty when they give you the keysReview from Apartments.com
Apartments are in very bad condition
July 25, 2021Management nor maintenance get work done in the apartments, it takes months literally to get a work order done. Pool has been drained and not used 2 years now and no refrigerated air it's swamp on specific buildings.Review from Apartments.com
