Terrible customer service

Don’t do it!
November 18, 2024I had a terrible experience living here. The maintenance team is unresponsive, and it took weeks to fix basic issues like plumbing and heating. The noise levels are unbearable, with thin walls that allow every little sound from neighbors to come through. Additionally, the management is unprofessional and dismissive of tenant concerns. I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.Review from Apartments.com
