Terrible customer service
November 18, 2024I wanted to rent an apartment here and I’m glad I didn’t. Trying to go through the process was a nightmare. The person had very little knowledge and a bad attitude. When they say they’ll follow up, they won’t. Terrible service, mean people, no thanks!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t do it!
November 18, 2024I had a terrible experience living here. The maintenance team is unresponsive, and it took weeks to fix basic issues like plumbing and heating. The noise levels are unbearable, with thin walls that allow every little sound from neighbors to come through. Additionally, the management is unprofessional and dismissive of tenant concerns. I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.Review from Apartments.com
