The price is reasonable for the area, the size, and the service. The response from maintenance is always fast and fixed the same day. The landlord is always friendly and welcoming. I have been here for over 11 years now and have only received one rent raise. The community is quiet and but friendly. There are three laundry facilities, if you don't have a washer/dryer in your home. The laundry takes coins or uses an app. It is near W. 11th and W18th, so easy access to public transportation. The rent here is reasonable at only $645 a month including water and garbage,with 2 bed, 1 1\2 bath, and a kitchen and living room. The buildings are from the seventies so many things are nearing the point where they are needing to be replaced, but the maintenance crew does their job quickly and efficiently. There is a bike path very close by, lots of major businesses just a short drive away (5 min or less), and with the transportation system in Eugene there is no need to drive at all as long as ...
