February 6, 2026I was looking for an apartment complex that is owned by local residents and not a big corporation. This place is clean, well-maintained, and safe. It is less than a one mile walk to the major shopping area at West and Allen Roads. There is also plenty of parking for my extended family when they visit.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015I found Devonshire village apt.on apartment. .com, look at. Many in this area and was pleased with this complex. It has. Central air ,free heat ,storage room right next to my apartment that is about 18 feet long and 4 feet wide.have sealing fan. The out. Side grounds. Are. Very pleasingly to the eyes and are keep up ever week. The neighborhood is very quiet. The management is friendly and if you have a problem it is fix very quickly.
