Allow certain tenets to not follow policy...A male tenent moved into his apartment places a charcol grill outside on the patio; the smoked rolled into the apartments above his unit. I could not breath in my unit and it stunk. Management did nothing to resolve.
Maintenance employees were sub-para, I called them to fix a leaking facet at least three times. It still kept leaking. I had large male foot prints in my bedroom, which should not have been there.

cleaned the entire unit from top to bottom. I cleaned the closet ceiling, walls and floor by hand with cleaning products. After living there for several months, someone placed some unknown large insect into my closet. It made the closet and clothes smell horribly.
When returning from work, my office materials and some belongings had been moved or taken. Pictures taken from my apartment. When receiving the apartment information, it clearly stated I would receive two apartment keys. However, I only received one. The locks were changed at least two times while leaving there. Again, I only received one key. I mentioned this management, again over the phone they indicated I would receive only one key.
The mailbox units are not in good condition. The management kept changing the mailbox keys. There were names listed on the mailboxes that obviously no longer live there or never actually lived in the unit.
The washer and dryer units are not clean and stink. There are not enough washer and dryers for tenets in the building. If I did not watch my laundry and use the laundry faculty on certain days, it would be bother and items taken out.
While living there, the electricity would go out due to maintanence scheduled or someone flipping off my electrical unit in the washer and dryer unit. Generally, always right after buying groceries.
A person(s) entering apartment while not there because the foot prints were left on the carpet and items moved. After returning to the apartment, a candle had been lit.
The pool was not kept clean.
The police officers and management contacted acted right down stupid.
This place is an overpriced poop hole.
