had a bottle of Raid in the bedroom, bathroom, living room, den, and the kitchen. There has never been a day that I didn't use it. I don't know how much of this chemical I have inhaled due to the excessive use. I have spent loads of cash buying Raid which could've been invested in upgrading the wifi. No Direct TV my friends!! Nope this place is Spectrum only. Cable guy will drill holes into the walls and guess who can come in now?(las cucas) Moving on, management leaves notes at your door every week "Notice: Water Interruption". Yup! Every week, sometimes twice a week. Funny how you don't have to pay for water at this place and I now understand why! ...Because it's never on!... due to repairs, plumbing problems is never ending. Next, parking is tight! Your car will be hit or scratched! Some neighbors could careless about your property. Finally, this place states that there is no pets allowed, although everyone is walking around with a service dog chihuahua. Don't be fooled, you may want to consider paying a little extra to be at a place that you can actually be comfortable at.

the glass in the cracks and crevices, EVERYWHERE. When we eventually move I plan on throwing every single thing AWAY. Water is shut off constantly with very short notice. The roaches are even outside of the apartments crawling on the walls. People will steal your larger packages if you are not here to collect them from your front door. There is mold everywhere, but they just paint over it and act like its not there. We called public health to do an inspection and will be calling air quality shortly. Its abusive to make people live under these conditions. My Husband (then fiance) had to stay in a hotel while his apartment was ripped apart, brown water everywhere it was unlivable. The Management company said to give them receipts of where he stayed and they would reimburse him, THEY LIED and refused to pay the money. This is only a short list of things that make this place a nightmare. You can't own any nice things because you are afraid that they will be ruined. Do not come here, Do not take a tour, stay VERY far away from this place.
