New Management has Impressed Me
June 1, 2016I've lived in the Dickinson Arms apartments for the past year. The new management that has recently taken over seems to have genuine concern for the happiness of the residents and condition of the property. Movie nights and exterior/interior upgrades are just a few of the things I can cite. I would definitely be comfortable recommending these apartments to my family and friends. Great New Manager!
June 1, 2016Moved in two years ago and felt disappointed. But hey, it was close to work and a place to live. Considered living other places but all apartments seemed the same. 3 mo's ago they replaced the manager and started fixing things (cant even begin to say how much needed to be done! They've been doing construction for the past month and show no signs of stopping! LOL!) New manger cares about us and tries to help. She setup a fun outside movie night for the children a few weeks ago. Children were ...very happy and I am happy to the new manager caring.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
